Do I have to purchase a home if I go on the tour?
Absolutely not, this tour is designed to educate buyers on the homes in their price range. It certainly will happen where people will want to make an offer on homes they see, but its not required of you.

What is the atmosphere like, is this a party or is it serious?
We want our guests to enjoy themselves no question, it's a casual environment for people with a desire to learn about real estate

The tour is completely free of charge

What if Im already working with an agent?
We completely respect the relationship between agents and their customers, if you are working with someone already please let us know so that we can be sure to acknowledge that agent.

What if I see something I want to purchase on the tour, will I be in competition with other people on the tour?
It's possible yet experience has taught us that few people are that quick to make a decision, chances are if you're feeling the urge to pursue a property, you will have a clear shot at it. We have agents standing by to assist.
